Bring the Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor to your PC with this vibrant, aesthetic setup.
If you're a Genshin Impact fan, your desktop should reflect your favorite characters. The Hu Tao Rainmeter Suite is one of the most popular anime-themed setups, blending deep crimson aesthetics with functional widgets. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the entire installation process from scratch.
Step 1: Download & Extract the Files
First, download the Hu Tao Rainmeter Suite Package from the link provided. Once the ZIP file is on your computer, right-click it and select "Extract All". Open the newly extracted folder to find your assets.
Step 2: Set the Foundation (Wallpaper & Software)
Apply the included Hu Tao wallpaper. Next, install the Rainmeter Launcher by double-clicking the .exe file. For an even cleaner look, install TranslucentTB—this optional tool makes your Windows taskbar completely transparent, allowing the wallpaper to shine.
Step 3: Transfer the Skins
To get the widgets into Rainmeter, follow these file management steps:
- Go to your extracted "Hu Tao" folder and open the Skins subfolder.
- Select and Copy all the folders inside.
- Navigate to
Documents > Rainmeter > Skins. - Delete any pre-loaded default skins and Paste the Hu Tao skin folders here.
Step 4: Clean Your Desktop
To achieve that "Pro" aesthetic, you need to hide your icons. Right-click on your desktop, go to View, and uncheck "Show Desktop Icons". Your desktop is now a clean canvas for the Hu Tao widgets.
Step 5: Activate and Fine-Tune Widgets
Open the Rainmeter Manager from your system tray and click "Refresh All". You will now see the Hu Tao folders in the list. Load the widgets one by one and drag them into position.
Important: Once you're happy with the layout, uncheck the "Draggable" option for every widget in the Manager to lock them in place.
All Done! 🎉
You now have a fully customized Hu Tao Rainmeter Suite. This setup doesn't just look great—it makes your daily PC use feel like a premium experience. Enjoy your new stylish desktop!
